TERMS & CONDITIONS 

• A detailed agreement describing full terms & conditions of contract / services to be provided by Alexa Homes shall be drawn in respect of each project /work
• The agreement shall define the roles and responsibilities of Alexa Homes(MSME) as well as the client to whom the services are to be provided
• Verbal commitments what so ever unless properly documented to the satisfaction of both parties (Alexa Homes/Client) & duly endorsed by head of Alexa Homes /the Client shall have no validity at all & shall be treated as null & void.
